Renewyx are working with one of Silicon Valley's most respected GCs on a Senior Field Engineer hire. The role sits between project and field: interpreting plans, coordinating subs, running safety, producing quality checklists, and reporting daily production to the Superintendent. Commercial work across corporate, healthcare, technology, and life sciences. Self-perform with a union workforce.

What you'll bring:- 2-5+ years as a Field Engineer in commercial construction, working alongside a PM or Superintendent
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (on-campus)
- Proficiency in Viewpoint or similar and Primavera or similar scheduling tool
- The drive and leadership to grow into a Superintendent role
- Contract:
Permanent - Salary: $100,000 to $120,000
