Lumilens in San Jose is seeking a Senior/Staff Industrial Engineer to lead production line setup, capacity planning, and continuous efficiency improvements on the floor. You will apply Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM), oversee CAD/AutoCAD layouts, manage cost control, and ensure ergonomic and OSHA compliance across automated cells and production areas.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and hands-on workflow analysis to reduce cycle times and waste.
