Figure is seeking a hands-on Deployment Engineer to join our Tele Operation team in San Jose. This role focuses on managing deployment across the teleoperation system for robot data collection and serving as the on-site bridge between field operations and core engineering.
You will lead robot commissioning and testing at customer sites, troubleshoot blockers, document learnings, and build scalable workflows while traveling regularly to data collection sites nationwide.
