Principal Engineer, Applications

As a Principal Applications Engineer, you will work in a fast‑paced team that evaluates new Silicon Carbide (SiC) technologies, validates next‑generation SiC power modules for data centers, industrial markets, and supports release to production. The work includes theoretical analysis of power converter topologies, simulation, and hands‑on bench testing. You will interact with leading global customers and collaborate with teams across onsemi.

You will also have a direct influence on future product roadmaps.
