Advanced Producibility Engineer (Finance)

In this role, you will contribute to the achievement of business objectives, such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness. Your leadership and management skills will ensure that projects are executed successfully, delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines. Your ability to navigate complex technical challenges and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will enable the company to develop and launch innovative products that address the evolving needs of customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead producibility engineering projects and initiatives to enhance product manufacturability and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies that optimize production processes and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in producibility engineering to support successful project execution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production workflows and reduce costs
  • Interface technically with suppliers, analyze field return failures, and apply root cause problem solving
  • Develop and maintain documentation.

Work schedule:

M-F, 9/80 after 90 days

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 5+ years of experience in producibility engineering with RF/microware circuits.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to guide projects and teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex producibility challenges.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing producibility strategies that improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and process improvements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

The annual base salary range for this position is $ - $. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
