Job Title
Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience) 9+ years' experience in SOC/VLSI/ bring-up, characterization, qualification and product engineering. Excellent working knowledge of Advantest 93000 (Smartest 7 and
8) or similar ATE tester for characterization and production testing.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with logic or SRAM and Voltage/Frequency characterization Proficient in statistical data analysis using JMP software or other tools Excellent knowledge of the latest state-of-the-art trends in DFT insertion techniques, including Scan, ATPG, JTAG, MBIST, PVT and Ser Des. Experience with yield improvement and test time reduction activities.
Job Description This position will collaborate with ASIC design teams in the Central Hardware Group, peer Test/Product Engineers in. You will also work with manufacturing partners to triage any failures and manage the OSAT production test activities.
