Field Application Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an Applications Engineer to support Nidec America and its group companies. In this customer‑facing role you’ll provide hands‑on technical support, guide product installations and configurations, and collaborate with sales and engineering to influence new features and solutions.

• Support customers during installation, integration, and configuration
• Customize products based on technical requirements
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to translate customer needs into solutions
• Lead customer trainings and workshops
• Document feedback to drive product improvements
• Represent the product in demos, meetings, and trade shows

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering
• 5+ years of applications, technical support, or engineering experience
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑facing skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Salary: $100,000-$120,000
