Broadcom Inc. is seeking a Senior Signal Integrity Engineer to join our hardware engineering team in San Jose.
You will own signal and power integrity analysis for high-speed boards, packages, and system architectures, collaborating with ASIC, SERDES, packaging and layout engineers through architecture trade-offs to lab bring-up. You’ll build 2.5D/3D EM models, run time- and frequency-domain simulations, perform PDN analysis, and guide design rules.
