Operations Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support for manufacturing, system integration, and production testing activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-level test failures using structured problem-solving methods.
• Perform root cause analysis, implement containment actions, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Test, and NPI teams to resolve production issues and maintain product quality.
• Support quality system activities, including change controls, nonconformance investigations (NCRs), and documentation compliance.
• Capture and share technical knowledge to improve troubleshooting effectiveness and reduce downtime.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, system integration, or manufacturing support.
• Basic Python or scripting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time.

• Experience with robotics, automated test systems, or electromechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments (medical device, aerospace, automotive, etc.).
• Knowledge of CAPA, NCR, root cause analysis, and quality processes.
• Experience with Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, SQL, or manufacturing data analysis tools.
