Opportunity Overview

Teradyne's Memory Test Division is seeking an experienced Manager, DRAM Final Test Applications Engineering to lead a team of Applications Engineers supporting leading memory semiconductor manufacturers worldwide. In this role, you will drive the successful deployment of advanced DRAM production test solutions, lead strategic customer engagements, and partner across the organization to help shape the future of Teradyne's memory test business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Applications Engineers supporting global DRAM customers.
• Establish team priorities, resource plans, and organizational capabilities while recruiting, developing, and retaining top engineering talent.
• Lead strategic customer engagements, critical technical escalations, device bring-up activities, and production ramps to ensure customer success.
• Provide technical leadership for advanced DRAM production test solutions, driving best practices in test methodology development, characterization, yield improvement, and production deployment.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams to influence future hardware and software roadmaps.
• Represent customer requirements and industry trends to support product strategy, innovation, and business growth.
• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence across the global applications organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• BSEE, MSEE, or related technical degree, or equivalent industry experience.
• 15+ years of semiconductor test experience with a strong focus on memory products.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience managing technical teams, projects, or customer-facing engineering organizations.
• Demonstrated success supporting customer product introductions, production ramps, and high-volume manufacturing deployments.
• Proven experience leading complex technical escalations and strategic customer engagements.
