Position Overview

The On-Flex Service Coordinator oversees and coordinates the repair process for Flexcarmembers, ensuring efficient service operations and a high-quality customer experience. This role blends operational coordination and customer communication in a fast-paced environment.

This is anon-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation under California law, including:
  • Overtime for hours worked over 8 in a workday
  • Double time for hours worked over 12 in a workday
  • Overtime premiums for qualifying seventh consecutive workdays
Essential Functions

  • Coordinate the repair process for Flexcarvehicles at hubs and via mobile services
  • Communicate proactively with membersregardingrepair timelines and status updates
  • Deliver a professional and efficient on-site customer experience
  • Coordinate with repair and parts teams to ensure readiness for scheduled appointments
  • Confirm upcoming appointments and clarify service details in advance
  • Oversee servicing of tow-in vehicles andmaintainmember communication
  • Monitor mobile service productivity and support efficient route scheduling
  • Support service advisors to ensuretimelycase completion
  • Use internal operational systems to track service tickets and assignments
  • Maintainaccuratedocumentation and timekeeping records
  • Safeguard company vehicles, property, and customer information
  • Comply with

    Cal/OSHA safety standards and company policies
Required Qualifications
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfort working within technology-driven operations and ticketing systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility towork days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry tools or materials up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • At least 18 years of age
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, and computer use
  • Exposure to outdoor work environments
  • Lifting upto 50 pounds
Compensation Transparency (California – SB 1162)

The hourly pay range for this position in California is $30.00 – $32.00 per hour.

This rangerepresentsthereasonably expected pay range for this role within California. Actual compensation will bedeterminedbased on:

  • Experience
  • Skills and competencies
  • Geographic location
  • Internal equity considerations

This position is paid on an hourly basis and is eligible for overtime in accordance with California wage and hour laws.
