As a Laser Tag Arena Team Member, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest has an amazing experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Check in players and assist with registration.
• Help guests get properly fitted with laser tag vests and equipment.
• Clearly explain game rules, safety procedures, and gameplay.
• Start and monitor games to ensure everyone has a safe and exciting experience.
• Create a fun, high-energy atmosphere for guests of all ages.
• Answer questions and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit.
• Keep the arena, lobby, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for play.
• Assist with birthday parties, group events, and special occasions.
• Work as part of a team to ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Comfortable speaking to groups and giving game briefings.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Weekend and evening availability preferred.
• No experience necessary—we provide paid training!
