You’ll work closely with our Director of Operations and the rest of the GRC team to deliver well-run events for artists, fans, partners, and the communities that host us.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead production planning and execution for GRC concerts, festivals, and venue events.
- Manage artist advances, technical requirements, production schedules, site plans, and show timelines.

- Oversee staging, audio, lighting, video, power, rigging, and other technical infrastructure.
- Work alongside operations leadership on site readiness, staffing, safety, and event logistics.
- Serve as a production liaison with venue partners, government agencies, neighborhood associations, police, fire, and EMS.

- Significant experience as a lead for arena, amphitheater & festival level production and operations.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to turn an event concept into a workable production plan.
- Experience managing vendors, crews, budgets, schedules, and multiple events at once.
- Sound judgment on site, clear communication, and a calm approach when plans change.
- The ability to work closely with an established operations team while taking full ownership of production.
- Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends during the event season.
We’re looking for someone based in the Mid-Atlantic or willing to relocate. Travel will depend on where the person is based and the events they’re supporting.
This can be a year-round full-time role or a full-time seasonal role. For the seasonal arrangement, the commitment to GRC is full-time from May through September. Touring and other freelance work outside that period are welcome.
