Senior FP&A Manager

A10 Networks is seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to join our team as . This highly visible role oversees financial planning and analysis for G&A and R&D functions, corporate reporting, and company-wide cost management initiatives. The Senior Manager plays a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making, improving financial rigor, and ensuring alignment with A10’s long-term strategic goals.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position will manage one direct report and partner closely with functional and executive leadership to deliver actionable insights, identify efficiency opportunities, and enhance the overall financial planning process. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in strategic problem-solving, and wants to make a measurable impact on company performance.

Qualifications:

* Education:

** Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA or MBA is a plus  8+ years of experience as a corporate or investment banking analyst or in a similar strategic finance role
** Leadership:
** Proven people management skills with experience developing and mentoring high-performing teams
** Analytical Expertise:
** Advanced modeling and analytical capabilities; ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
** Communication:
** Exceptional ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial leaders and influence senior stakeholders
** Technical Proficiency:
** Expertise in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Adaptive a plus

** Targeted compensation guideline:  $170,000 - $180,000. Compensation will vary based on number of factors, including market demand for specific skills, role type, job level, and individual qualifications. Final salary offers are determined by considerations including, but not limited to, subject matter expertise, demonstrated skill level, relevant experience, geographic location, education, certifications, and training.#LI-AN1
