I'm currently supporting a strong opportunity for a Controller to join an established and growing residential real estate and development operation in Cupertino, CA
.

This role is ideal for a finance professional with 7+ years of accounting and financial leadership experience
, ideally within real estate development, homebuilding, or construction, who enjoys managing the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations and wants a high-impact role with visibility to senior leadership.

• Overseeing general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for multiple business units
• Implementing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policies
• Supporting audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with senior leadership to drive operational efficiency and financial strategy
