The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in supporting strategic financial planning, performance analysis, and decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality financial insights, driving process improvements, close collaboration with Wafer Operations team and supporting automation initiatives. The role also involves mentoring analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial visibility and business outcomes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead financial analysis and reporting for key business areas, providing insights to support strategic decisions
- Prepare and review monthly performance reports, including variance analysis against budget and forecast
- Support the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans
- Perform detailed cost analysis at product, department, and divisional levels to identify efficiency opportunities
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to align financial plans with business strategies
- Drive automation and digitalization of FP&A processes to improve reporting accuracy and cycle time
- Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, investment analysis, and business cases
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
- Participate in transformation projects aimed at improving financial systems, tools, and processes
- Support internal and external audits with accurate and timely financial documentation
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal control mechanisms
- Authorize financial reports, forecast inputs, and budget adjustments within delegated limits
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- Experience in FP&A, cost analysis, or financial reporting in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and financial reporting tools
PREFERRED:
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Exposure to automation and digital transformation projects
- Experience in mentoring or coaching junior team members
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
