- Process transactional support for plan participants
- Possess FINRA Series 6 or 7;
Series 63/65/66 is a plus - Demonstrate experience with Defined Contribution or Qualified Plans, along with customer service or financial services experience
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with fluctuating volumes
- Experience in customer service within the financial services sector
- Proven ability to demonstrate sustained confidence and resilience during challenging interactions
- Familiarity with retirement plan benefits and regulations
