This role will report to the VP – Business Finance and will be primarily responsible for managing the financial revenue forecast process and providing business partner support to the Sales Operations and Revenue Operations teams. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of financial processes and complex transaction flows with a desire to contribute in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. This role must communicate and organize tasks well to be effective.
Key Responsibilities- Establish strong partnership with Revenue leadership to help them manage their business effectively
- Primary owner of the financial revenue forecast model
- Work with management to update demand units and ASP forecasts
- Work with management to optimize gross margin trade offs within the quarter
- Develop reporting and process infrastructure
- Bridge and provide commentary for results and forecast to forecast changes
- Provide business analysis and support where needed
- 15+ years of experience in FP&A and business partnering, preferably in semiconductor or other hardware manufacturing
- Excellent financial modeling and business partnering skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great organization and communication skills, able to work effectively with the business to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with basic GAAP revenue recognition concepts
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of financial transaction flows and financial reporting
- Strong feeling of ownership over business processes and desire to improve and make them more efficient
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
The base salary range is $150,000 to $185,000 depending on experience, level, and business need. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.
