We are seeking an energetic, proactive, highly strategic, and hands‑on Finance Transformation Director to lead the modernization of our finance function in a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology environment. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and operational excellence and will drive finance and operations transformation initiatives that elevate finance systems, processes, automation, and insights, benefiting the entire enterprise. You will partner closely with cross‑functional leaders to deliver scalable solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and financial decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Transformation Execution
  • Define and lead the finance transformation strategy to support business growth and evolving finance capabilities.
  • Lead large, cross‑functional transformation programs across finance and technology teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful execution.
  • Establish transformation governance, standard operating models, and performance metrics to measure success.
  • Drive enterprise system implementations, enhancements, and maintenance — including large cloud business systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, Salesforce, HR Tech platforms, FP&A systems).
  • Partner with IT, Finance Ops, and business stakeholders to ensure systems scale with business needs and deliver business value.
Process Optimization & Automation
  • Lead finance process redesign (e.g., record‑to‑report, planning & forecasting, close processes) to drive simplification, standardization, and automation.
  • Champion adoption of AI and other automation tools to streamline workflow, enhance data accuracy, and elevate finance productivity.
  • Develop frameworks for scalable process transformation, including methodology for prioritization, readiness, and risk management.
  • Champion use of AI and other automation tools to support the dynamic operations of the business.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of finance transformation, systems, and analytics professionals.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities across cross‑functional project teams to build transformation capabilities.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior finance and business leaders, communicating progress, risks, and decisions effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with IT, business operations, and external partners/vendors to drive joint outcomes.
Qualifications
  • 5–8+ years of relevant experience in finance transformation, finance systems, or similar roles — technology industry experience required (semiconductor industry experience, preferred).
  • Proven track record leading cross‑functional programs and teams in fast‑paced environments with complex stakeholders.
  • Experience implementing, maintaining, or enhancing large cloud systems (Oracle ERP, Salesforce, Workday, etc.).
Technical & Finance Expertise
  • Strong foundation in finance and accounting principles, with the ability to translate business needs into technology‑enabled solutions.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise finance systems and emerging technologies, including AI/automation tools that drive productivity and insight.
  • Experience with finance process redesign and operational excellence methodologies.
Leadership & Communication
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing direct reports and influencing cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging across all organizational levels.
  • Strong program management skills, including in-depth involvement with stakeholders to execute effectively and produce thoughtful and comprehensive plans.

Salary range is $170,000 to $210,000 depending on experience, level, and business need. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.
