• Consolidate OPEX and COGS forecasts from finance partners by creating Excel exhibits and Powerpoint slides with narratives around expense trends and performance for leadership
• Analyze financial results, trends, and KPIs, delivering actionable insights to leadership
• Perform ad hoc expense forecasting, budgeting, and models using raw data exported from Anaplan, Tableau, and PowerBI
• Mentor and guide junior financial analyst as needed
• Learn the expense and headcount data ecosystem
• Understand how future changes will affect current work streams
• Drive process improvements and innovation

• Minimum 4+ years of FP&A (or related) experience required
• Strong communication skills, with proven ability to work across teams
• Problem‑solving skills; candidate should be able to propose solution frameworks that answer questions and solve business problems with minimal review required
• Proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint, Anaplan, and Tableau
• Ability to architect, build, and explain dynamic, multiparameter expense/headcount Excel models
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills; able to manage competing tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Background in accounting, or equivalent on‑the‑job experience
• Fundamental data skills (e.g. beginner data engineering/science background) desirable, but not required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
