• Generate Treasury Management revenue for assigned healthcare solution sets
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) to identify client solutions
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Provide business process consultation to clients and prospects to identify opportunities
• Maintain and enhance knowledge of industry trends and competitive intelligence

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of Treasury Management experience, particularly in Healthcare Sales and/or Product Management
• Thorough understanding of how Treasury Management solutions improve working capital
• Strong ability to consult with clients and identify opportunities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency in MS Office tools

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management processes
• Familiarity with cross-functional team collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to develop detailed client presentations
