The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity in the Strategic Finance team within Adobe's Digital Media ("DMe") Central Planning group. The team aims to become a finance and strategy powerhouse, known for its financial expertise and tech industry knowledge. As a Financial Analyst you will play a key role in driving critical initiatives, supporting important financial decisions, and working with various partners to improve Adobe's Digital Media planning process.
This role provides great exposure to senior finance leaders and the chance to work across the organization!
- Develop and implement comprehensive migration plans to improve paid member subscription value.
- Manage end-to-end weekly outlook and quarterly planning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless integration and execution of migration strategies.
- Analyze subscription data to determine trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Use TM1 Planning Analytics to build detailed financial models and forecasts.
- Prepare and present reports using Excel and Power BI to communicate progress and insights to collaborators.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of migration initiatives, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
- Manage ambiguity and proactively identify solutions to complex issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field; further education is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Skilled in TM1 Planning Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Expected Pay RangeOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $102,300 – $196,450 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $135,700 – $196,450.
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
California:
