• FP&A experience with at least 7 years in financial planning, forecasting, and modeling
• Expertise in Attrition and Migrations forecasting within Digital Media or tech environments
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power
  
  BI, and Anaplan for financial analysis and reporting

Our client is a global leader in creative software, offering innovative tools for digital media creation, design, and marketing.

• This is an exciting opportunity in the Americas Strategic Finance team within the Digital Media (DMe) team, supporting Attrition and Migrations forecasting.
• The vision of this team is to become a finance and strategy powerhouse and a go-to resource known for its financial expertise and knowledge of the tech industry to identify emerging trends, understand market forces, and evaluate potential risks and opportunities.
• You will be instrumental in driving critical initiatives, supporting key financial decisions, and collaborating with various partners to bring a strategic lens to Digital Media's quarterly and longer-term planning processes.
• This role will provide great exposure to senior finance leaders and an opportunity to collaborate across the organization.

• High attention to detail with organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results; team-oriented.
• Excellent analytical & technical skills:
  Excel skills are a plus, and experience in Tableau, Power
  
  BI, and Anaplan are highly valued.
• Positive attitude, collaborative, and comfortable in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolves. Highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about continuous improvement.
• Proven knowledge of financial fundamentals and forecasting process.
• Strong analytical and outstanding social skills, to articulate key business and financial implications/business impact.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of FP&A (or related) experience required.
