Senior Accounts Payable Manager - Hypergrowth AI Technology - Onsite

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable Manager to lead the end-to-end AP function for a fast-scaling, hyper-growth AI technology company. This role partners closely with Finance and business leaders to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payables operations while driving process improvement and team excellence. Reports to the Controller.

• Lead the full AP lifecycle: vendors, invoices, approvals, and payments
• Strengthen internal controls and SOX-aligned processes
• Drive automation and workflow improvements across AP systems
• Oversee corporate card and employee expense programs
• Manage AP reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close
• Serve as the primary partner for AP-related audits
• Build and lead a high-performing AP team

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience leading accounts payable operations and teams
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and AP best practices
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Workday, or similar
• Track record of driving process improvements and system enhancements
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and solutions-focused mindset

• CPA or equivalent
• Experience in multi-entity or global environments
