• Collaborate as a trusted finance business partner within the R&D org, including interacting with senior executives and their respective management teams.
• Manage all aspects of spending for the organization, including but not limited to expense management, quarterly/annual forecasts, variance analysis, monthly close, and management reporting.
• Drive key analysis on expense trends and metrics.
• Support R&D consolidation reporting process and quarterly executive package for summarizing and analyzing R&D spending.
• Work closely with business partners in utilizing Clarity PPM (project budgeting tool).
• Focus on process enhancements and continuous improvement.
• Support ad‑hoc initiatives for R&D organization.

• REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with progressive and relevant experience.
• REQUIRED: Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships and be seen as a valued business partner.
• SKILLS: Exhibits solid communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• SKILLS: Team focused with good interpersonal skills.
• SKILLS: Systems and tools skills required:
  Smart View, Oracle, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• SKILLS: MBA preferred but not required.
