As a Risk Advisory Services Principal, you will:
- Provide leadership, management and strategic direction with a focus on exceptional client service, an environment where associates can learn and grow, and financial success through growth and sound fiscal decision making.
- Translate firm vision and strategy into an actionable business plan, set specific objectives and monitor progress.
- Team with marketing to develop sales and marketing plans, investigate and pursue areas for expansion of services within the existing client base while also pursuing new clients and actively participating in proposals.
- Coordinate firm resources to ensure the best products and services are provided to clients.
- Ensure team members receive meaningful training and development opportunities, are challenged by increasingly complex work, receive timely feedback, and are positively recognized.
- Oversee the profitability of the practice, including effective utilization of personnel, appropriate rates for services, and timely collection of fees.
- Work closely with client executives and management teams to understand their businesses and assist in identifying and managing financial and operational risks, ensuring technology risks are managed.
- Develop in‑depth knowledge of clients’ businesses and industries through direct client interaction across multiple engagements.
- Think independently and strategically about clients’ businesses, systems, and risks, providing recommendations for improvements based on knowledge of their operations and objectives.
- Provide strategic business advice by assisting in implementation of new processes and controls that address key risks.
