Jo .pro is seeking a Director of External Reporting located in San Jose, California. In this role, you will lead the external reporting function and ensure compliance with SEC regulations, including the filing of Forms 10-Q and 10-K. You will collaborate with various teams, including accounting, legal, and investor relations, to drive reporting processes and mentor staff.
We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, a CPA, and at least 10 years of relevant experience in SEC reporting.
