- Manage job costing and WIP reporting (earned vs billed, margins).
- Lead month-end close and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital.
- Oversee payroll and compliance (union/non-union, certified payroll).
- Strengthen controls, audit readiness, and financial risk management.
- Lead accounting team and systems improvements.
- Administer: 401k, employee benefits and policies, and insurance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years accounting experience.
- Strong construction job costing and WIP experience.
- Cash flow and financial reporting expertise.
- Advanced Excel; accounting systems experience.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
