We are looking for a detail‑oriented Entry‑Level Financial Analyst to join our team in San Jose, California. Responsibilities- Assist in managing and maintaining accounting software systems to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Perform data mining and analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Generate detailed reports using tools like Crystal Reports to support decision‑making processes.
- Support auditing activities by preparing documentation and verifying financial records.
- Participate in budget planning and monitoring processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Apply accrual accounting methods to track revenues and expenses effectively.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance capital management strategies and optimize resource allocation.
- Handle CRM‑related financial tasks to streamline operations and improve client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the refinement of financial processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software systems and financial tools.
- Familiarity with ADP Financial Services and CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in Crystal Reports for data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of data mining techniques and their application in financial analysis.
- Knowledge of fundamental accounting functions, including accrual accounting.
- Experience or coursework related to auditing, budgeting, and capital management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
