• Assist in managing and maintaining accounting software systems to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Generate detailed reports using tools like Crystal Reports to support decision‑making processes.
• Support auditing activities by preparing documentation and verifying financial records.
• Participate in budget planning and monitoring processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Apply accrual accounting methods to track revenues and expenses effectively.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance capital management strategies and optimize resource allocation.
• Handle CRM‑related financial tasks to streamline operations and improve client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the refinement of financial processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.

• Basic knowledge of accounting software systems and financial tools.
• Familiarity with ADP Financial Services and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Crystal Reports for data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of data mining techniques and their application in financial analysis.
• Knowledge of fundamental accounting functions, including accrual accounting.
• Experience or coursework related to auditing, budgeting, and capital management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
