Bakkt seeks a Credit Card Operations & Settlement Manager to lead back-office settlement, dispute workflows, and vendor management for its US credit card program. You will own daily settlement, audit oversight, and regulatory compliance under Reg Z, partnering with sponsor banks, processors, and fulfillment vendors.
Responsibilities include designing end-to-end dispute workflows, overseeing audits, and driving KPI-based performance with Treasury and Compliance teams in a fast-paced environment.
