This role is all about turning data into decisions. You’ll lead financial modeling, capital allocation analysis, and market intelligence efforts that directly shape where and how we grow next.

Reporting to the SVP of Corporate Development, you’ll build the scenario models, competitive maps, and investment cases that give leadership the confidence to deploy capital wisely. If you love digging into the numbers and translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations, this is your kind of role.

You will be part of a very collaborative, very agile team working collectively to fulfill our mission of saving our communities from unscrupulous contractors. We promise an open and transparent environment where you’ll be surrounded by highly intelligent people all working together towards a common goal.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and regional leadership to validate assumptions, pressure‑test models, and ensure alignment between deal thesis and operational reality.
  • Evaluate greenfield expansion opportunities using financial and market data, building the analytical foundation for new market entry decisions.
  • Support integration planning through close collaboration with Sr Manager, Integration, helping to identify red flags and opportunities present in the data and assisting with integration execution where needed.
