Business Analyst IV

To provide fixed-term coverage for an established global finance operations function, the full‑time remote Business Analyst IV will manage the end‑to‑end credit process, ensuring operational continuity, strong performance, and stakeholder alignment while supporting automation and AI initiatives.

• Own and manage the global credit process, including customer onboarding, credit assessment, and collections
• Maintain and operate existing credit processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with global standards
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and oversee credit lifecycle activities, including dispute resolution and case management

• 6+ years of experience in financial credit, credit risk management, or related finance operations roles
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end credit management processes and financial controls
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and technology‑enabled finance operations
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Finance, Operations, and Compliance teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
