Chase - 1499 Berryessa Road - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet to check in customers and schedule/cancel meetings;
Provide account servicing and maintenance, and assist with opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs) to help meet their banking needs;
Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening and collaborating with branch team members to achieve financial goals;
Perform branch operations which may include handling cash devices such as the cash vault or ATMs in accordance with bank policies
