About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing MBA graduate to join our Finance BP - Global Products and Functions as a Project Management Office Associate. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the head of Finance BP team and senior finance leadership team, driving cross-functional initiatives, enabling strategic decision-making, and ensuring the effective execution of high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

- Partner closely with the Finance leadership team to manage the execution of strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives.

- Develop clear, compelling executive-level communications, presentations, and narratives to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

- Drive program governance, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and risks to ensure initiatives are executed with excellence.

- Collaborate across Finance, Business Units, and Corporate Functions to ensure alignment and delivery of strategic objectives.

- Synthesize complex financial and operational information into clear, actionable insights for senior executives and stakeholders.

- Support annual and quarterly business planning, financial reviews, and strategic updates.

- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Ads, E-commerce, Live, and Tik Tok FBP teams to execute key projects and develop deep functional expertise in underlying business models.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed an MBA Degree

- Solid finance background, with prior experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or related fields.

- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear and impactful narratives.

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

- Collaborative mindset and ability to influence stakeholders across levels and functions.

- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.

- Working proficiency in Mandarin and English is required as the role will be working with systems, reading technical documents and communicating with China and Non-China markets in Mandarin and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.

Job Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $208800 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
