Sagent Management, a growing accounting and tax firm headquartered in Silicon Valley, seeks a Senior Tax Associate to review and prepare complex individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns.
You will supervise Tax Associates, respond to IRS inquiries, conduct tax research and planning, and help with quarterly payments. A BA/BS and 2–3 years of federal tax compliance experience from a Big 4 or regional firm are required; strong Excel and GoSystem Tax skills are preferred.
