• Assisting in the administration of Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grants, releases, and transactions in connection with the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Collaborating with finance and HR teams to maintain accurate records of stock plan participants and their holdings.
• Supporting the corporate legal team as needed.
• Preparing reports and documentation for internal audits and regulatory compliance under guidance.
• Responding to employee inquiries regarding stock options and equity compensation plans with clear, helpful information.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with Equity Edge Online.

Base Pay Range: $87,500–$125,000 USD.
