Tech CU is looking for a Member Services Specialist I to be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps our financial operations on track.
In this role, you’ll reconcile GL accounts, monitor and assess checks for risk, track down missing deposits, process returned items, and step in to resolve time sensitive member issues. You’ll work closely with internal teams, support special projects, and help ensure everything adds up accurately and on time.
- 3+ years in a financial institution, ideally in member or account services
- Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Confidence working independently and across teams
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and systems like Symitar/Episys
