We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to be a key member and strong contributor toward scaling our Corporate FP&A capabilities, and lead business partnership across our G&A functions. This is a high-visibility role working closely with senior management that requires the ability to dive deep while operating strategically to support and enable Nex’s mission and long term goals.
What You’ll Do- Build comprehensive financial models that span investment cases, strategic planning, and cost of capital considerations.
- Design new financial and management reporting that effectively measures our KPIs, business and financial performance.
- Manage the G&A function’s annual budgeting, recurring forecasts, and long-range planning processes including variance analysis, operational support and ad hoc modeling.
- Identify and reach alignment with G&A stakeholders on key performance indicators that drive financial ownership, visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Provide analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence resource and capital allocation decisions more effectively.
- Partner and support business case development on investment proposals, and facilitate through the approval decision process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
- 4+ years of experience with 2-3 years in investment banking, private equity or corporate finance
- Strong proficiency with financial modeling and investment evaluation Excel / Google Sheets expertise; experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools (e.g., Netsuite, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills—you can turn complex data into actionable insights
