Financial Services Representative

Common Wealth Central Credit Union seeks a Financial Services Representative to provide exceptional member service across deposit, lending, and digital banking products. In this member-facing role, you'll open accounts, process transactions, and guide members through checking, savings, credit cards, and consumer loans. You'll identify needs, recommend solutions, and educate members on financial wellness and digital tools. Collaborating with a supportive team, you'll help deepen relationships, support community initiatives, and grow your skills in lending, member services, and cross-selling to advance your career.

Responsibilities

• Provide member-facing service for deposits, loans, and digital banking
• Open new checking, savings, and certificate accounts accurately
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• Educate members on financial products, credit cards, and consumer loans
• Identify member needs and cross-sell appropriate credit union solutions
• Support loan applications, documentation, and basic underwriting steps
• Promote and assist members with online and mobile banking tools
• Maintain compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements
• Resolve member inquiries and issues with professionalism and accuracy
• Participate in community and financial education initiatives
