Wealth Management Advisor

Compensation: $180K base + 10% discretionary bonus + 100% employer-paid medical + 401(k) with automatic contribution & profit sharing

Our client — a growing, independent wealth management firm based in San Jose, CA managing over $1 billion in client assets — is hiring a Wealth Manager to step into a newly created seat with an established, ready-to-go book of clients.

• 5+ years as a primary/seated advisor at an RIA (not solely relationship management, not wirehouse)

• $180,000 base salary (W-2) + up to 10% discretionary bonus
• 50% of first-year revenue on any new business you personally bring in
