Hearing Aid Dispenser

Camino Ear, Nose & Throat Clinic is seeking an experienced Hearing Aid Dispenser, on a Full or Part-Time basis, who’s excited to provide medically based hearing care in our San Jose, CA offices.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to focus on evidence-based treatments and long-term patient relationships within a medical setting. Our two clinics in San Jose offer the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of ENTs and audiology professionals who value the dispenser’s expertise.

• Build rapport with patients and gather detailed hearing and medical histories
• Perform hearing tests for adult and pediatric patients
• Recommend appropriate rehabilitative solutions
• Fit, dispense, and counsel patients on hearing aids and accessories
• Support patients through a smooth, successful hearing care journey

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Hearing Aid Dispenser
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage a busy patient schedule
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
