Unit Information:
Number of Beds: 4 Cath Lab Rooms
Number of Staff: 20 RNs
Staff Type: 2 RN and 2 RT, with 8-9 RNs staffed daily
Day Shift schedule:
Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:30
Night

Shift: On call only

Patient Ratios:
2 RN + 2 RT per patient in procedure

Type of Equipment:
GE + Philips EMR Mac Lab - Meditech

Typical Hiring Profile:
Most recruited skills:
Must have ACLS, BLS, NIH, and a current RN license.
Preferred skills:
Neuro and Electrophysiology experience

Typical Procedures Performed:
Cardiac Cath lab procedures
Heart Catheters
Peripheral procedures
A-fib/Flutter SVT
VT
Stroke and complex Neuro interventions
