Assignment Details
- Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM
- Local Policy: 50-mile travel requirement; locals accepted at local rate (candidate must confirm awareness of lower bill rate)

- Floating: May float within scope of practice to meet facility needs

- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Home Health experience required
- Active California license required (must be in hand at time of submission)
