Assignment Details

• Department: Home Health ? Physical Therapy

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Current BLS ? Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification required
• Valid Driver?s License (Class
  
  C) required ? Home Health
• Automobile Insurance required ? Home Health
• Minimum 5 years of recent relevant experience required

• Strong critical thinking, complex problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills
• Knowledge of professional practice standards and regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
• Proficiency with computers and required healthcare technology systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills including teamwork, collaboration, conflict resolution, and customer service
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and identify best clinical and workflow practices
• Experience developing treatment protocols and training materials
• Ability to teach, educate, and conduct public speaking engagements
• Applies evidence-based practice to clinical care and training initiatives
• Demonstrates continuous professional development and learning
