About the Position

Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing Facility Opportunity

United Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in San Jose, CA for a permanent full-time position.

In this role, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy interventions aimed at improving independence with daily activities, mobility, and functional performance.

• Schedule: 5 Days x 8 Hour Day Shift

• Compensation: $60 – $65 per hour

• Estimated Weekly Gross: $2,400 – $2,600

• Active California Occupational Therapist License

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy

• NBCOT Certification

• 1+ year of recent OT experience, SNF or rehabilitation experience preferred

• Strong clinical evaluation and treatment planning skills

• Ability to collaborate with rehabilitation and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
