Community Partnerships & Growth Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Community Partnerships & Growth Manager who shares our mission, can execute on our vision, and help expand this unique model across the East San Jose area.

• Generate new leads through referral partnerships and local outreach.
• Build relationships with families, decision-makers, and local community partners
• Track and report on lead generation, new client onboarding, and growth metrics
• Support sustainable growth while maintaining high client satisfaction
• Represent the agency with warmth, professionalism, and integrity

Over time, you will:

• Build trusted relationships with hospitals, clinics, senior centers, and community organizations
• Become a familiar and respected presence in the East San Jose senior community
• Help families discover compassionate care options when they need them most
• Create steady, long-term referral partnerships that support sustainable growth

• Experience in sales, business development, or marketing (healthcare, senior care, or service industries preferred)
• Strong relationship-building skills and a patient, compassionate approach when working with seniors and families
• Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Ability to balance strategic outreach with hands-on execution
• Bilingual abilities are welcome but not required
• Must have reliable transportation for local outreach

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Experience: 5+ years in sales, in-person marketing, or business development roles. Experience in service industries, healthcare, or senior care is preferred.
