The Laundry Attendant supports the hotel’s daily operation by cleaning, drying, folding, and organizing linens and terry to ensure a continuous supply for guest rooms and hotel departments. This role maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency while contributing to a positive guest experience through behind‑the‑scenes excellence.
Key Responsibilities Laundry Operations- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and stack hotel linens, terry, and other laundry items according to established standards.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment (washers, dryers, ironers/presses as applicable) safely and properly.
- Follow proper chemical usage, dilution, labeling, and storage guidelines.
- Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear; treat stains and remove items from circulation when necessary.
- Maintain accurate par levels and communicate shortages or linen needs to the supervisor.
- Keep laundry and linen storage areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Deliver clean linens to appropriate locations and collect soiled linens as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry room, equipment, floors, drains, and work areas throughout the shift.
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE use and safe lifting/moving practices.
- Comply with hotel policies, sanitation standards, and brand expectations.
- Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed to support hotel operations.
This is an hourly position with a compensation of $19 per hour.

Qualifications- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move items up to moderate weight.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior laundry, housekeeping, or hotel experience.
- Familiarity with commercial laundry equipment and linen handling.
- Basic English communication skills (bilingual skills are a plus).
