Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Onsite M-F | San Jose, CA | 6-Month Contract (Potential to Extend)

We’re looking for a polished, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator II to support onsite recruiting operations and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping recruiting processes running smoothly.

• Serve as the onsite concierge for candidates, hosting and escorting interviewees
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics across multiple calendars
• Manage interview-day details including rooms, refreshments, and virtual setup
• Support recruiting operations in the applicant tracking system (Smart Recruiters)
• Assist with offer letter creation and pre-hire onboarding activities
• Ensure data accuracy, document completeness, and confidentiality
• Provide excellent in-person customer service to candidates and internal teams

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Administration, or Customer Service
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS);
  Smart Recruiters is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy onsite environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Outlook calendaring and Microsoft Office tools
• Comfortable working fully onsite and supporting interview-heavy schedules
