Team Introduction

A robust P&I strategy influences the organization's ability to attract and retain the best talent, while creating a strong alignment of individuals' interests with the organization's strategic goals. The P&I team at Byte Dance benchmarks and strives for best practice and ROI in developing competitive C&B policies. The P&I team works on a wide range of projects, including developing new world-class compensation policies, conducting market research, analyzing big data and benchmarking, and collaborating with departments inside and outside of HR to serve the organization.

Job InformationFor Pay Transparency Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $79,800 - $132,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one component of the Total Package, which may include discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary by employment nature and country. Employees have day-one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and more. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (pro-rated at hire with tenure-based accruals).
