Position: Technical Sourcer - DataAILab - San Jose (Third-party Associate)

About the Team:
The DataAILab team is building core Tik Tok products to ensure Tik Tok continues to grow, deliver the best product experience to all of our users, build the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on Tik Tok, earn trust in privacy protection, and more.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support the DataAI Lab team. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts D&I best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders throughout the hiring journey.

Key Responsibilities

Deeply understand hiring needs and partner closely with TA Partners and stakeholders to manage the sourcing strategy for key talent across varying levels of experience.

Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure a high‑touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high‑quality candidates and meet hiring goals.

Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across various departments and locations.

Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipelines via Linked In and alternative search techniques.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in a high‑volume environment (via a search firm or in‑house recruiting environment).

Experience with research/sourcing tools such as Linked In and other social media, or technical forums.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.

3+ years in‑house or agency recruiting experience in the hi‑tech industry, highly preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

A self‑starter who is result‑oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risk.

A strong passion for this industry and a demonstrated ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
